With ISCC PLUS, SIMONA offers the option to use bio-circular certified raw materials without compromising on quality.
Thanks to the mass balance approach, material properties and processing behavior remain identical to virgin polymer – ensuring reliability even in demanding or safety-critical applications.
This is especially important in many environmental and infrastructure segments, such as water, wastewater, or chemical supply. These applications often require high and consistent performance, making recycled materials technically unsuitable today.
ISCC-certified bio-circular materials provide a true sustainable alternative: they meet the same technical standards as virgin materials while enabling customers to choose a raw material with a reduced fossil content and improved CO₂ profile.
With this, we provide a solution for all applications where sustainability is desired, but recyclates are (currently) not technically feasible.
