Highlights include SIMOCLEAN² PP, SIMONA® PVC-U FM 4910, and PVDF double-piping systems. With these products, SIMONA demonstrates solutions for a range of requirements throughout sensitive processes - from controlled cleanliness to fire protection and chemical resistance, all the way to the safe transport of aggressive media.
SIMOCLEAN² PP
Clean, silicone- and oil-free PP pipes and fittings supplied in double packaging. The packaging protects the components during transport and storage and helps maintain controlled cleanliness throughout the supply chain.
This makes SIMOCLEAN² PP particularly suitable for sensitive processes where the risk of unwanted contamination needs to be minimized.
SIMONA® PVC-U FM 4910
FM 4910-certified rigid PVC available as sheets and matching welding rods, combining fire performance, chemical resistance and dependable processing for demanding cleanroom applications.
With minimal flame spread and limited smoke emission, the material provides a reliable solution for applications where both chemical resistance and fire performance are essential.
SIMODUAL² double-containment piping systems
Designed for the safe and reliable transport of aggressive media, PVDF double-containment piping systems provide an additional level of protection for demanding process environments.
The double-containment concept supports increased operational safety in applications where the controlled handling of aggressive chemicals is particularly important.
